It's never too late to learn to be graceful. Improve your flexibility, poise and posture. Relieve stress, burn calories and have fun at the same time through this peaceful and relaxing dance style. Beginning and continuing levels of dance will be taught during this class and will include a technical warm up, barre work and center work with combinations, all specific and appropriate to the level of training.
Attire:
Women - leotard (optional skirt) and tights OR fitted shirt and shorts/leggings, ballet shoes
Men - fitted shirt, athletic pants/shorts, ballet shoes
