This fast paced, high energy class is designed to help your ninja explore the true power they possess. It combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and freestyle movement all into one sport. We focus on building confidence, respect, listening skills, goal setting, strength, agility, flexibility and creatively using their energy. Each ninja is required to purchase a uniform package prior to the start of class which includes a t-shirt and headband signifying their level. ninjas should wear their uniform consistently once it is received.
