Students will develop coordination, strength, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness in a caring, exciting, nurturing environment. This class is an excellent way for children to be introduced to the many benefits of the performing arts.

This Class is designed for advanced dancers with previous technical training. This class will build off of prior knowledge and ability to develop precision and accuracy of technical skills. Students will work on proper alignment, strength, flexibility, understanding body awareness and mobility to help improve their execution leaps, turns, jumps, and other dance skills/tricks. Class will incorporate drills, exercises, across the floor combinations, floor work and more to really train and develop further in technical skills and ability.

Boys – fitted shirt, shorts, black ballet shoes or black jazz shoes
This class combines imaginative play, singing, acting, and movement to introduce and establish the building blocks of the performing arts, foster creativity, and nurture self-esteem. Through songs, musical theatre games, stories and dance, these budding performers learn in a playful and creative environment. Through positive and imaginative class experiences, these young performers develop confidence in singing, acting and dancing, strengthen their skills and have fun!
Playing soccer promotes cardiovascular health, builds strength, flexibility, endurance, team work, social interaction, and gross motor development. Participants will learn the fundamentals of soccer through drills and games including: dribbling, shooting, passing, rules of soccer, sportsmanship and fun!
It is never too late to learn to be graceful! Improve your flexibility, poise and posture. Relieve stress, burn calories and have fun at the same time through this peaceful and relaxing dance style. Beginning levels of dance will be taught during this class and will include a technical warm up, barre work and center work with combinations, all specific and appropriate to the level of training.

Develop poise, grace, and confidence! Level I will introduce and reinforce the basic fundamentals. Advancement to higher levels of training will require teacher recommendation and are based upon the mastering of skills necessary to advance. Staying consistent in training throughout the year is the key to moving up through the levels. *previous ballet experience required.

Learn through drills and scrimmages including dribbling, trapping, throw ins, shooting, passing, positioning, rules of soccer, sportsmanship & fun!
Are you ready to take the next step in your ballet training? In Pre-Pointe you will do exercises and training to prepare yourself to go onto pointe. Previous ballet experience and enrollment in our Intermediate Ballet class is required to participate in this class.

Private swim lessons provide the ultimate, personalized, swim lesson experience. Lessons will be individualized to the goals of the participant, and build a strong foundation in water safety and swimming skills. Whether you’re starting your swim journey, or looking to refine advanced techniques, our private lessons will empower participants to meet their own personal swimming goals, while building a strong foundation of water safety skills. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
Formerly Swim School and Stroke School. Group swim lessons are an excellent place for new swimmers between the ages of 3 and 14 to learn and grow, from floating to the stroke techniques. In these classes, students will be in class with other students of the same or similar skill level. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
