Does your child love to perform? This is the class to sign up for! Actors will rehearse and perform their own production of A Snow-White Christmas. They will explore characters, theater vocabulary, voice and movement. This is a great class for the beginning actors as well as the experienced actors who want to build performance skills and confidence on stage. Show Summary: Santa has a message, the Wicked Queen hates Christmas and is plotting against Snow White because she brings the lovely winter snow. Seeking safety from the Wicked Queen, Snow White finds shelter with seven Christmas elves. All is well until Snow White is tricked into taking a bite of a poisoned apple and falls asleep. Just in the nick of time, Prince Charming awakens Snow White with “love’s first kiss”, allowing snow to fall and Christmas to return to the forest.

Drop your child off for an exciting adventure exploring the wonders of local woodlands. Nature provides rich sensory experiences, encourages creativity, and promotes problem-solving skills. Instructors will lead the children through trails and paths, teaching them about their interconnectedness to living things in the natural world. Children must be 3 by September 1, 2025 for enrollment.

In this five week crochet along we will be exploring several different cable techniques involved in creating the made-to-measure Flowers and Cables Cardigan. Pattern and starter materials will be provided, and all experience levels are welcome. Participants will receive hooks, needles, pattern, some button combination option and yarn. Due to differing styles, sizes and aesthetics, attendees will need to supply some materials for later in the class. After the first class, participants will need to purchase and bring the main body color of the cardigan.

Children will spend a small portion of class time conditioning and strengthening the appropriate muscles to help improve their gymnastics skills. Children who are new to gymnastics should enroll in a Developmental I class. Former students should enroll in the class level instructed by their coach on their class recommendation sheet. Participants may be asked to transfer to the appropriate level class.
Suggested Gymnastics Attire
Please wear a leotard or comfortable pants/shorts. No jeans, jean shorts, or any other type of clothing with buttons or buckles which could be harmful to your child or the equipment. We require long hair to be tied back and out of face. No shoes, earrings, bracelets or necklaces are allowed. Socks are optional, but not recommended for medium/high beam.
This class is for the ninja who has leveled out of Lil Ninjas and ready to take on the next challenge! Recommendation from the coach is required. This level will build on the ninja skills learned in Lil Ninjas with more focus on kicks, spins, tumbling and a combination of all three. Focus will continue with confidence, respect, listening, working towards goals, strength, agility, flexibility, and creative energy.
Beginning Tumbling is a fast-paced class that develops coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and self-confidence. Beginning Tumbling is for children that are new to tumbling. Good form and positions will be learned at this level. Beginning tumblers will learn the following skills: forward and backward tuck and straddle rolls, lunge to handstand, cartwheel and round offs.

This fast paced, high energy class is designed to help your Ninja explore the true power they possess. It combines Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Obstacle Training and Freestyle Movement all into one sport. We focus on building confidence, respect, listening skills, goal setting, strength, agility, flexibility and creatively using their energy. Each Ninja is required to purchase a uniform package prior to the start of class which includes a t-shirt and headband signifying their level. Ninjas should wear their uniform consistently once it is received. Levels are white, yellow, green and blue. Children who are new to the Ninja program should enroll in white. Want more ways to take your acting to the next level? This class will focus on using improv and imagination to broaden student’s capabilities on stage. This class will boost self-esteem, confidence and teamwork through ensemble building.
It is never too late to learn to swim!
Beginner classes are designed for participants with minimal to no formal swimming experience, or who may be working to overcome a fear of the water. Classes will focus on building up your confidence and comfort in the water while practicing water safety skills. These skills include air exchange/breathing, floating, treading, and the foundations of the strokes.
Intermediate classes are designed for participants who are comfortable in the water and have experience with the foundational swimming skills (air exchange, floating, kicking, streamline). Classes will focus on the strokes, improving your technique and endurance.

Semi-private lessons are ideal for students seeking more individualized attention, offering a more personalized and focused learning environment. Students will be in class with another student of similar skill level. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.

Private swim lessons provide the ultimate, personalized, swim lesson experience. Lessons will be individualized to the goals of the participant, and build a strong foundation in water safety and swimming skills. Whether you’re starting your swim journey, or looking to refine advanced techniques, our private lessons will empower participants to meet their own personal swimming goals, while building a strong foundation of water safety skills. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
Formerly Swim School and Stroke School. Group swim lessons are an excellent place for new swimmers between the ages of 3 and 14 to learn and grow, from floating to the stroke techniques. The exciting world of gymnastics: where energy will be transformed into tons of fun on vault, bars, beam and floor. Introduce your young dancer to the basics of tap, ballet and jazz. This class is perfect for the beginner, allowing her/him to explore different dance disciplines while learning basic techniques. The benefits of dance are endless, offering the student enhanced self-esteem, improved coordination, and most of all, fun…so join us as we learn to plie’, jete’ and shuffle off to buffalo.

This is the second level of Preschool Gymnastics for children who have leveled out of Preschool One. Recommendation from the coach is required. This class will build on the skills learned in previously with more focus on technique, form, and muscle control. Development of strength, balance, coordination and flexibility are built into every lesson. Please make sure that children are potty-trained and out of diapers. Parents must stay in the lobby during the entire class for emergency or bathroom purposes.
Your child will develop coordination, strength, balance and confidence. Tumblers will learn the following skills: forward and backward rolls, straddle roll, lunge to handstand, cartwheel, bridges, splits and various jumps using tumbling equipment and our Air Trak. Please make sure that children are potty-trained and out of diapers. Parents must stay during the entire class for emergency or bathroom purposes.

This class serves as an introduction to hip hop dance for our younger dancers. Using games and music, the class focuses on rhythm, musicality, creativity, coordination, body awareness, and basic hip hop technique. It is a great way to get kids moving and introduce them to the many benefits of the performing arts!
