214103 / ACC 3 Year Old Preschool

Bolingbrook Park District preschool programs, offered for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 years of age, believes in “Learning through Play”. Play is the most important aspect of a child’s life. It is their work; where they learn to interact, share and cooperate. Through play, a child is not only building a strong foundation for intellectual development, but is also learning how to deal with emotions, decision making and problem solving. Carefully supervised free play is vital and is designed to be safe and age appropriate. Preschool Curriculum concepts for the school year include the following areas; Pre-Writing/Writing, Interest, Math/Science, Early Literacy, Gross Motor, Music and Art Creation.
