Bolingbrook Park District to Conduct Community-Wide Survey

Every three-to-four years, the Bolingbrook Park District works with an independent firm to conduct a community-wide survey to measure resident awareness, participation, satisfaction, and interests.  This year, Bolingbrook Park District has partnered with Bolingbrook-based Customer Lifecycle, LLC.  The goal of the survey is to clearly identify objectives and develop action plans to better serve the needs of the community.

Customer Lifecycle has conducted surveys for Bolingbrook Park District in the past, including the 2010, 2013, and 2016 community-wide surveys.

“We continue to work with Customer Lifecycle because it allows us to compare the results from previous years and allows to dive deeper into what our community wants and needs,” said Ron Oestreich, executive director. “Their innovate approach to their survey process gives us a solid look as to how we’re doing, what our community wants and what actions we can take to improve.”

Starting in April, twenty-five percent of Bolingbrook residents will be chosen at random and mailed a postcard and asked to complete the survey.  In addition, over 2,000 residents will be emailed asking them to participate in completing the survey.

Results of the survey will be posted online at in July.  Action-plans based off of the survey will be available online for the public to view in September.
