We are confident that you will love our programs. So confident that if after completing two classes you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly arrange for you to repeat the class at no charge, receive a full credit to your account to be used toward something else in the park district or receive a full refund.
To fill out a Satisfaction Request Form, please do one of the following:

Once your form is approved, refund checks will be mailed within fifteen (15) business days. The completed Satisfaction Guarantee Request Form must be completed and returned to one of our customer service desks before the program meets for the third time.
Please note: This does not apply to golf course green fees, pro shop merchandise, adult sport leagues, food or meals, beverages, facility memberships, daily admissions or tickets to entertainment or sporting events, as well as a few select programs.
