Bids & RFP’s

All bid documents may be picked up at the Buildings & Grounds Facility, 301 Recreation Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 from 7:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, except legal holidays. Some projects may be available by email. It is the responsibility of the potential bidder to contact the correct person as noted to obtain a copy of the bid documents for each project. If bids are mailed in, please contact Park District staff and provide proof of tracking information. Bid tabulations represent “as read” submittals at time of the bid opening. They do not represent contract award.
