After the lesson, riders will take part in a friendly competition where they can show off their skills. The focus is on creativity, effort, and having a great time, making it an encouraging environment for everyone-whether you’re stepping on a board for the first time or already comfortable landing tricks. Spectators are welcome to cheer on participants and enjoy the energy of the event as skaters take their turns showcasing style, confidence, and progression.

The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training with Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED – BL course prepares youth to care for children and infants safely and confidently. It includes hands-on activities videos and discussions to develop essential real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding, diapering, picking up and holding children safety and emergency response. We want to prepare participants well for emergencies, but CPR can be physically demanding and participants should ideally weigh at least 85-90 pounds to participate. The First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning course includes an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-person training and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of both the online and in person portions of the course a valid 10-year Babysitter’s Training digital certification and a valid 2-year digital certificate for Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

* There is no curbside pick-up or drop-off for these programs.
