Bolingbrook Park District Accepting Applications to Fill Board of Commissioners Vacancy
January 16, 2026 – The Bolingbrook Park District is seeking residents interested in filling the remainder of a term on the Board of Commissioners until the next election on April 6, 2027.
Anyone who would like to be considered for this elected, non-paid Park District Board member seat must complete an application, furnish a resume, and include a brief statement on why you feel you should be considered for the vacancy. The documents will be sent via e-mail to Jerry Hix, President at JHix@BolingbrookParks.org or dropped off at the Bolingbrook Park District Administration Offices at 201 Recreation Drive to Jerry’s attention by noon on Thursday, January 29, 2026. All three items must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
