Everyone could use a little extra incentive to help push through your fitness goals. The Lifestyles Level UP Challenge is here to help you do that.

Join us with this interactive challenge using the Goosechase App. There will be opportunities to win prizes, including fitness tools and cash prizes. Top cash prizes are $250, $125 and $75. Each week, multiple challenges will be released focused on improving your fitness. Challenges range from simple to more challenging. You will receive points for each completed challenge. Prizes are awarded based on point total.

Lifestyles Level UP Challenge starts January 1 and ends on February 28.

How to participate:

  • Step 1: Download the FREE Goosechase smartphone app from the App Store or Google Play. Search for the Lifestyles Level Up Challenge (join code M74WKQ). Make sure you ready the online rules before you begin competing.
  • Step 2: The initials challenges will be released January 1, 2025. If you join after January 1, you will see the already released challenges in your app.
  • Step 3: Complete the challenges to collect points. Point totals will be listed on a leaderboard in the Goosechase app so you can see how you and others are doing in the competition.
  • Step 4: A minimum of four challenges will be released each Sunday in January and February. This will allow you to plan your week and complete as many challenges as possible.

Beast Mode Bonus Points: Special Beast Mode Challenges will be released at random to provide opportunities to get even more points. Some Beast Mode Challenges will only be available for one day.

Lifestyles Level Up Challenge

Eligibility

  1. This challenge is open to all Lifestyles Fitness members, but participants must join the Lifestyles Level Up Challenge on the Goosechase app, which requires a smartphone. Contestants under 18 years of age who place first, second or third at the conclusion of the contest must have a parent present when picking up their prize.
  2. Bolingbrook Park District employees, Board members, and their immediate family members can participant but are not eligible to win any prizes.
  3. Inappropriate usernames are not allowed and could result in those participants being removed from the app.
  4. The Bolingbrook Park District reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgement, winner eligibility.
  5. Rules are subject to change without notice but will be posted on this page.

The Challenge

  1. Contestants must download the Lifestyles Level Up Challenge in the Goosechase app.
  2. Approximately 4 missions will be added weekly January-February. Participants can complete as many as they would like. The more missions participants complete, the more points they earn.
  3. The Lifestyles Level Up Challenge runs January 1, 2025 through February 28, 2025.
  4. All submissions are reviewed by Bolingbrook Park District staff and invalid submissions will be rejected. An example of an invalid submission is a submission that does not adhere to the instructions on the mission.
  5. In the event it is determined by Bolingbrook Park District staff that a participant is cheating, they will be disqualified from winning any prizes connected to the challenge.

Submission/use of photos

  1. Photo entries that fail to comply with the directions of a particular mission will be disqualified without notice. Participants are welcome to retry that mission for as long as it stays active on the app.
  2. Upon submission of a photograph for the challenge, the contestant grants both the Bolingbrook Park District and Lifestyles Fitness Center exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the submitted photograph on its website or in publications, brochures, and newsletters and for other marketing and promotional uses, as well as distribute it to the media. The Bolingbrook Park District recognizes that the photographer owns the image and the copyright to the photograph. Upon submission of a photograph for contest entry, the contestant also grants the Bolingbrook Park District the right use the contestant’s name, city and state of residence in promotions and other publications.
  3. In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted to the Bolingbrook Park District is contested in any manner, the Bolingbrook Park District reserves the right to disqualify the photograph and the participant’s completion of that particular mission. Participants are welcome to retry that mission for as long as it stays active on the app.

Prizes

  1. This challenge will have first-place, second-place, and third-place winner.
  2. The first-place winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.
  3. The second-place winner will receive a $125 Visa Gift Card.
  4. The third-place winner will receive a $75 Visa Gift Card.
  5. In the event of a tie by participants, prize amounts will be split evenly between them. Amounts will be based on where these participants fall on the leaderboard (first, second or third place).
  6. 25 participants who have completed at least one mission during each month of the challenge will be randomly selected to receive the monthly prize.
  7. Other prizes connected to specific missions will be awarded throughout the duration of the challenge.
  8. Any winners will be contacted via the Lifestyles Level Up Challenge in the Goosechase app as well as by the email address provided when signing up. Winners will have 48 hours to respond to receive their prize. Failure to do so will forfeit the prize. Winners will be notified how and when they will receive their prize.
  9. Prizes are nontransferable, and no cash alternative is available.

Legal Conditions

  1. By entering the challenge, participants warrant that their entry materials are original and do not infringe on any third party’s rights, and they have obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or third party’s property appears in the photograph. The Bolingbrook Park District reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it finds in its sole discretion that any of the foregoing warranties are not true. Decisions of the Bolingbrook Park District shall be final and binding.
  2. By taking part in this challenge, participants agree and acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks of physical injury or damages when engaging in an activity, and all participants voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity that they or their minor child/ward may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with this challenge. Participants release and hold harmless the Bolingbrook Park District, its affiliated organizations, and each of its directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or related to the Bolingbrook Park District, any prize won, any use of the entry materials by the Bolingbrook Park District, the warranties participants make, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any Bolingbrook Park District-related activity, access to and use of the Bolingbrook Park District’s website, the downloading or uploading and/or printing of material from said site, or participation in the challenge.
  3. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or app or undermine the legitimate operation of the Bolingbrook Park District is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Bolingbrook Park District reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. The Bolingbrook Park District is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Bolingbrook Park District, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the Bolingbrook Park District, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. The Bolingbrook Park District assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, photographs. The Bolingbrook Park District is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, servers, providers, computer online systems, software, or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or uploading images or information in the contest.
  5. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize packages are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  6. If, for any reason, the Bolingbrook Park District is not capable of completing the challenge as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Bolingbrook Park District that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, the Bolingbrook Park District reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the challenge.
  7. The Bolingbrook Park District is not responsible for any technical malfunctions.
