Energy will be transformed into tons of fun on vault, bars, beam and floor. Confidence is a major focus in our classes, as we guide each child to achieve their greatest individual potential. Development of strength, balance, coordination and flexibility are built into every lesson. We offer a safe, fun, clean atmosphere with complete viewing for our parents. Preschool One is for children who are new to gymnastics and is commonly repeated. Preschool Two classes are recommended by an instructor. Please make sure that children are potty trained and out of diapers. Parents must stay in the lobby during the entire class for emergency or bathroom purposes.

Parents are required to attend our annual mandatory meeting. Team leotards, warm ups, grips, meet fees and tape are additional fees beyond class registration.

Jazz dance utilizes the technique of ballet with a stylized and contemporary approach. Dance fundamentals are developed and mastered in the Jazz I class, and these basic techniques are applied to more difficult work and combinations in higher levels, accordingly. The prerequisite for Jazz 1 is Intro to Jazz. Advancement to higher levels of training will require teacher recommendation and are based upon the mastering the skills necessary to advance.
