Campers will be placed in groups by grade and will participate in activities both individually within their group as well as whole camp activities. The 7th-8th grade campers will have additional mini-trips planned geared towards this age group. Several of our counselors are certified teachers or college students working toward degrees in education or recreation. Camp meets rain or shine. Preschool Camp is a great way to add structure to your child’s summer. This program encourages development of math, science, art and reading concepts through indoor and outdoor explorations. Children will discover the outdoors using all of their senses. Children will take a field trip to Parkie’s Oasis each Friday. Each week has a different theme, so feel free to sign up for more than one week. All Preschool Camp attendees must bring a refillable water bottle to camp each day. Children must be toilet trained for this camp and ePACT must be completed by Noon Thursday prior to first day of Camp.
