Beginning Tumbling is a fast-paced class that develops coordination, strength, flexibility, balance and self-confidence. Beginning Tumbling is for children that are new to tumbling. Good form and positions will be learned at this level. Beginning tumblers will learn the following skills: forward and backward tuck and straddle rolls, lunge to handstand, cartwheel and round offs.

Is your child close to moving up but her bars are preventing her from doing that? This class will focus on the conditioning, drills and additional bar time that some gymnasts need to move to that next level. For Developmental 1-4 gymnasts and team gymnasts.

This is an adult participatory class where our instructors will guide you and your child through introductory gymnastics skills each week using small bars, floor beams, tiny springboards, an array of skill blocks and octagons as well as our TumblTrak. They will develop their balance, gross motor skills, hand, foot & eye coordination, as well as increase their strength, flexibility, social skills, and confidence.

Classes are taught in a fun yet focused manner, encouraging students to achieve higher-level skills. Coaches’ recommendation is required.
