Classes will focus on building up your confidence and comfort in the water while practicing water safety skills. These skills include air exchange/breathing, floating, treading, and the foundations of the strokes.

Intermediate classes are designed for participants who are comfortable in the water and have experience with the foundational swimming skills (air exchange, floating, kicking, streamline). Classes will focus on the strokes, improving your technique and endurance. Participants do not need to complete a beginner class prior to registering for intermediate.
