By the end you won’t just have an amazing film, you’ll have the skills to craft your own epic movies with friends. Archery improves muscle tone, focus and confidence in students of all ages and abilities. Beginner Archery classes introduce students to the basics of this thrilling sport, including safety practices, parts of the equipment and range, and proper stance. Discover the world of Artificial Intelligence through fun, hands-on projects using MIT’s Scratch. This beginner-friendly course blends creativity, coding, and real-world tech to spark curiosity and build future-ready skills. Guided by an expert chandler, you’ll learn the art of candle crafting from start to finish while creating your own beautifully hand-poured candle. We use high-quality, eco-friendly materials, including non-toxic fragrance oils, wax and reusable vessels designed for life beyond the flame. All supplies are included.
Get the team together play in the Men’s 8 on 8 flag football league. League is USFTL sanctioned. Each league will play a 9-game season and conclude with a single elimination playoff. Contemporary dance is an upbeat style of dance that involves aspects of movement from several different genres such as jazz, modern, and ballet. During this class express yourself through music, movement, and emotions. We will focus on how the body moves through space, musical exploration, and directional focus.
Attire: workout attire, dance attire, or a combination of both. Socks, lyrical shoes, or barefoot.

Stretch and become more limber as your body develops the tools that it needs to become stronger. This is a way to correctly learn how to train your body to become pliable safely. Learn to relax, breathe correctly, and enjoy your time in class. In this one hour of active stretching you will burn between 240-356 calories. You will go through a series of floor and dance barre stretches to assist you in reaching any goals you may have.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing, gym shoes, and please bring a yoga mat.

Ages 11-16 years
The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training with Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED – BL course prepares youth to care for children and infants safely and confidently. It includes hands-on activities videos and discussions to develop essential real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding, diapering, picking up and holding children safety and emergency response. We want to prepare participants well for emergencies, but CPR can be physically demanding and participants should ideally weigh at least 85-90 pounds to participate. The First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning course includes an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-person training and must be taken on a PC or tablet with a high-speed Internet connection. Allow approximately 2 hours to complete the online portion. Upon successful completion of both the online and in person portions of the course a valid 10-year Babysitter’s Training digital certification and a valid 2-year digital certificate for Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.
