Bolingbrook Park District Preschool Information Night
It is close to that time already for you to enroll your little one in the 2025-2026 preschool year. At Bolingbrook Park District, we want you to feel comfortable with this very important decision. Take a tour of one of our preschool classrooms and meet the supervisory staff of the program you’re sure to love. This informational meeting is intended for parents only. Please make additional arrangements for your children as this meeting is an overview of the curriculum and additional information for parents. (This program is geared to families who have not participated in the Bolingbrook Park District Preschool Program for the current school year.)

These classes provide children the opportunity to socialize, overcome separation anxiety and be creative all while enjoying their first classroom experience. We begin with open play, followed by clean-up and ending with a group activity. Children will interact with age-appropriate toys, have sensory encounters, create both process and product-based art and participate in music/movement activities. The curriculum is based on the Illinois Early Learning Guidelines for Children Birth to Age Three.

PARENT NOTES:
*Please dress your child in play clothes.
*Children do not have to be toilet trained for these classes.
*We request that parents remain in the building during these classes.
*Little Learners 1 is with adult. Little Learners 2 is a transitional class, allowing for adult participation if needed. Little Learners 3 is child only.
*It is recommended that classes be taken in order, but children can be enrolled at any level that fits their age.
*All classes can be taken multiple times.
*To allow for the enjoyment of all attendees, please leave older siblings at home.
