Swim Team

Ages 6-8 years: Must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle or back stroke, using correct technique (including rotary breathing).

Ages 9-10 years: Must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke, using correct technique (including rotary breathing), and must be familiar with breaststroke or butterfly.

Ages 11-12 years: Must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke, using correct technique (including rotary breathing and not stopping), and must be able to swim 50 yards of another competitive stroke (breaststroke or butterfly) with correct technique.

Ages 13-18 years: Must be able to swim 200 yards of freestyle and backstroke, using correct technique (including rotary breathing and not stopping) and must be able to swim 50 years of butterfly and breaststroke.
