A total body workout using barbells and noodles!
Our Lifestyles group fitness instructors have partnered with Pelican Harbor to develop water aerobics programs. The aqua fitness classes intensify your fitness program while reaping the benefits that water provides with these low impact classes.
The water aerobic classes focus on building a strong core and overall mobility. Resistance equipment is added to help focus on coordination and balance along with body strength. These classes are fun for all ages and abilities.

This workout keeps you moving and gives you a total body workout. You will rotate through 4-5 high intensity circuit exercises that build muscle and keep your heart rate elevated for optimal calorie burning.

This class will take place in the diving well with floatation belts to allow a great full body workout without any impact on the knees, hips or ankles. Barbells and noodles will also be used to strengthen and tone arms, legs, your core and much more. This is an advanced class. Participant must be comfortable on deep water/deep well!
