Continue your skills from the Beginner Crochet class. Please bring all materials and gadgets you received in the beginner crochet class. *Disclosure – Instructor cannot guarantee you will walk away with a finished item; everyone learns at their own pace and that’s okay.

Reveal your inner artist by joining one or more of these ceramic workshops. Each workshop you will create a ceramic piece on bisque using various techniques and glaze products. Basic instructions will guide you through the project with options on each project. Using your vision and creativity you will customize your design and make it your own. Each workshop piece will be ready for firing that day. The piece will be ready for pickup in approximately a week. Fee will include bisque, color, instructions and firing. Join Keller Candle Company & the Bolingbrook Park district in learning the art of candle making. Our expert chandler will walk you through the entire process and assist you in creating your own beautiful hand-crafted candle. We use quality ingredients and eco-friendly non-toxic fragrance oils, wax, and vessels that can be re-purposed after your candle is done. All supplies are included.

world.” – Albert Einstein. The Creative Writing Club is designed to ignite the imaginations of young writers, foster their love for language, and cultivate their creative expression. Through exploration of classic literature, inspiring writing exercises, creative language games and collaboration, students will explore different genres, learn and practice grammatical concepts, develop their writing skills, and build confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.

This Club provides a fun, action-packed and positive environment to promote physical, mental and emotional health. Students will explore themes of communication, compassion for self and others, active listening, conflict resolution, gentle exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and respect. A qualified instructor will guide the participants in hands-on learning through games, movement, creative writing, problem-solving exercises and journaling.

Through inspiring projects that foster creativity, the study of great artists (from classic to contemporary) and skill development through learning step-by-step drawing techniques, your child will take a journey into the world of art – a journey they’ll be eager to continue week after week.

Have fun while learning how to draw. In our classes we will incorporate games to help children explore the world of creativity and drawing.
