Continue your skills from the Beginner Crochet class. Please bring all materials and gadgets you received in the beginner crochet class. *Disclosure – Instructor cannot guarantee you will walk away with a finished item; everyone learns at their own pace and that’s okay.

Take an afternoon and create a unique ceramic piece. You will use various glazes and learn new techniques, while enjoying a fun afternoon. All supplies will be furnished. Round plate pieces will be fired after class and will be available for pick-up the following week at the Bolingbrook Recreation & Aquatic Complex.

Join Keller Candle Company & the Bolingbrook Park District in learning the art of candle making. Our expert chandler will walk you through the entire process and assist you in creating your own beautiful hand-crafted candle. We use quality ingredients and eco-friendly non-toxic fragrance oils, wax, and vessels that can be re-purposed after you candle is done. All supplies are included.

world.” – Albert Einstein. The Creative Writing Club is designed to ignite the imaginations of young writers, foster their love for language, and cultivate their creative expression. Through exploration of classic literature, inspiring writing exercises, creative language games and collaboration, students will explore different genres, learn and practice grammatical concepts, develop their writing skills, and build confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.

This Club provides a fun, action-packed and positive environment to promote physical, mental and emotional health. Students will explore themes of communication, compassion for self and others, active listening, conflict resolution, gentle exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and respect. A qualified instructor will guide the participants in hands-on learning through games, movement, creative writing, problem-solving exercises and journaling.

Discover creativity, imagination, style, and vision. Develop fine motor skills and explore different artistic. Sketch and draw, shade and color, cut, glue, fold… create. Learn about a great artist every week. No experience necessary.

Have fun while learning how to draw. In our classes we will incorporate games to help children explore the world of creativity and drawing.
