Class Formats

  • Hybrid Classes: Sometimes you just don’t have time to get to a class with your friends. The best alternative is to participate in your own home. We have classes that are offered as a hybrid virtual class where you can participate in our facility or from the comforts of your own.

  • In-Person Only Classes: These classes are perfect for when you need to feel the energy of an in-person class.

  • Aqua Classes: Intensify your fitness program while reaping the benefits that water provides with these low impact classes.

  • Outdoor Classes: Feel the holistic benefits of exercising in an outdoor environment.
