Work on your cardio endurance, confidence, agility, poise, core strength, and personal safety skills. Bolingbrook Park District karate programs are offered through Illinois Shotokan Karate Instructors, under the direction of John DiPasquale, Chief Instructor. Beginner classes (white-red belts) are offered all the way through Advanced (2nd brown-black belts).

Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagolands premier karate school taught under the instruction of John DiPasquale. Young children develop confidence, strength, and coordination skills through fun and creative classes. This program is specifically designed for growing minds and bodies to enhance memory and agility. Watch your childs confidence blossom while learning karate and having a blast at the same time! Uniforms, equipment and belt testing are optional for an additional fee through the class instructor.

200534 / Youth Karate

ISKC’s karate classes offers a good mix of strength training with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Students increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and discipline of conforming to the class rules. Uniforms, equipment and belt testing are optional for an additional fee through the class instructor. Youth and Adult classes train together. Fees are per person.
