Modern Arnis Filipino Martial Arts is a weapons-based martial arts style that involves the use of sticks, knives, and empty hand techniques. Bolingbrook Park District offers classes from ages 6 years and older and are instructed by Guro Jeff Derong under the guidance and direction of Dr. Remy Presas Jr, the eldest son of the late Grandmaster and founder of Modern Arnis, Remy Presas.
