Participants will learn the fundamentals of soccer through drills and games. This includes: dribbling, shooting, passing, the rules of soccer, sportsmanship and social interaction.
By taking our soccer classes, you will increase cardiovascular health, increase coordination and strength, and enhance flexibility. Learn the game through drills and scrimmages that promote the fundamentals of the game.
