Swim Class

Babies swim lessons are designed for students between the ages of 3 months and 2 years old. Classes will work through a level-based curriculum with foundations in child development theories in large groups. For safety and comfort, every participant must be accompanied by one caregiver at least 18 years old and every non-potty trained participant must wear a swim diaper and lined swimsuit.

Formerly Swim School and Stroke School. Group swim lessons are an excellent place to start for new swimmers between the ages of 3 and 14! In these classes, students will be in class with other students of the same or similar skill level. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.

These lessons place an emphasis on safety and basic water skills for the beginner swimmer. Through the 5 color levels of Swim School, swimmers gain confidence in the water, learn to swim and float with and without assistance, and end with the building blocks for freestyle. Students will also have a solid grasp of important safety rules and topics upon completion of these levels.

2:1 student to instructor ratio
Semi-private lessons are ideal for students seeking more individualized attention, offering a more personalized and focused learning environment. Students will be in class with another student of similar skill level. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.

This program is designed for students with minimal to no formal swimming experience, or who may be working to overcome a fear of the water. Classes will focus on building up your confidence and comfort in the water while practicing water safety skills. These skills include air exchange/breathing, floating, treading, and the foundations of the strokes. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
