Bolingbrook residents qualify for discounted rates for activity registrations, services and Pelican Harbor memberships. Below are the detailed the steps to receive the discounted resident rates.
Proof of Residency for Drop-in Programs or Point-of-Sale Purchases (example, Pelican Harbor Admissions)
A current photo identification (Driver’s License, State Identification or School Identification) will be accepted as proof of residency in order to receive resident rates for drop-in programs or point-of-sale purchases.
- The photo identification must be current.
- The photo must match the person presenting the card to receive resident rates.
Proof of Residency for Activity Registrations and Memberships
A household must be created in our registration system to be able to register for programs or purchase a membership. To register a household in the Bolingbrook Park District database, the individual must be a permanent resident of the household. Individuals do not have to be related as long as they live full-time in the household. Proof of residency is required to have a resident household established. Resident ID’s must be renewed every year by showing current proof of residency.
Important: Children may be added to the household by the initial household creator. Households with 10 or more people will be asked to provide birth certificates or proof of guardianship for each child.
If you are new to Bolingbrook or have never registered for programs with the Bolingbrook Park District, you will need come into the Bolingbrook Recreation & Aquatic Complex or Annerino Community Center to register your household in the Bolingbrook Park District database. Once this is complete, you will be able to register online or in person.
You will need the following to set-up your household:
- A current photo identification (Driver’s License, State Identification or School Identification) will be accepted as proof of residency.
- A completed Parkie’s E-club/New Household Form must be completed by the head of household during the initial set-up of the account within the Bolingbrook Park District database. This form will also allow for the creation of online access for registration purposes. Forms are available at the community centers.
- A complete list of all the members of your household that live at the address.
Please note that your resident ID must be renewed every year. You may renew in person or here on our website.
Individuals that already have a household in the Bolingbrook Park District registration system may renew their Resident ID here. Please complete the form listed below and upload your current photo ID to the system. You will receive an email verification that you submitted your renewal. The renewal process will be complete within 48 hours of submission.
